Planned Improvements to Puainako Center!

In order to keep Puainako Center up to date and provide a convenient, friendly and beautiful destination for all of our customers and businesses we would like to share with you our planned improvements:

1) Re-roofing of the buildings of Puainako Center are scheduled to be done during the 2nd half of 2010 utilizing a single-ply membrane over the existing roof which has an expected life of 20+ years with minimal disturbance during such re-roofing.

2) Overall updating of Puainako Center during 2010 and 2011 per our conceptual drawings. [View PDF]  Such updating shall include re-painting using a new color scheme, upgrades to the building facades, lighting and landscaping.
